Private Client Access · Preliminary Suitability Review
Request Access
A confidential preliminary intake for families and principals seeking access to an SGT programme or standalone private-client service, including family-office, wealth-mobility, evidence, banking-readiness, Singapore-base and compliance mandates.
The access mandate
Determine suitability before sensitive documents, capital or professional fees are committed.
The intake tests whether the family’s objectives, asset profile, source-of-wealth readiness, timeline and jurisdictional complexity are aligned with the programme or service being requested.
The preliminary form deliberately requests ranges and declarations rather than passports, account statements, wallet credentials or complete tax records. Detailed KYC, source-of-wealth evidence and professional verification should occur only through a secure diligence process after an initial review.
Indicative access criteria
Four minimum conditions before a programme or service can be considered.
These are SGT’ commercial and risk-screening criteria, not statutory thresholds or promises of government, bank, tax-incentive or immigration approval.
Defensible purpose
A genuine family, governance, business, mobility or succession objective beyond collecting entities, accounts or residence cards without a coherent operating rationale.
Documented wealth
A lawful and explainable source of wealth, supported by records suitable for professional, banking and regulatory diligence.
Implementation capacity
Sufficient assets, budget, management attention and time to establish and maintain the intended structure, residence routes and ongoing obligations.
Full transparency
Willingness to complete KYC, sanctions, source-of-funds, tax, litigation and reputational reviews and to work through properly licensed providers.
Confidential preliminary intake
Request access to an SGT programme or service.
All compulsory questions must be completed. Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys, full identity numbers or bank credentials.
Information and professional perimeter
The intake screens suitability. It does not provide legal, tax, immigration, banking or investment advice.
SGT should collect only information reasonably needed for the preliminary review, protect it through appropriate security arrangements, retain it only for legitimate business or legal purposes and provide a clear route for privacy questions, access, correction or withdrawal of consent.
Preliminary review
SGT reviews programme or service fit, commercial readiness, conflicts, risk factors and the appropriate professional workstreams.
Formal diligence
KYC, source-of-wealth, sanctions, tax, immigration, banking and regulatory diligence follows through secure channels after preliminary review.
Independent decisions
Authorities, banks, insurers, custodians and professional firms make their own acceptance and approval decisions.
Data minimisation
This form does not request passwords, private keys, seed phrases, full identity numbers or bank-account credentials.
